JG Barns by Suscipe Farms 22, didn't originate from a lofty concept, but rather from a genuine place of empathy and care. Our inspiration sparked from a special young boy with a disability who owned a peaceful farm right in the heart of town. Despite tempting offers from industrial and real estate developers over the years, we chose a different path – one that embraced his connection to the land. Imagine trying to take candy from a child – it just didn't feel right. Every day, the boy and his caregiver circled the farm on a trike, his enthusiasm for every animal and plant undiminished. The farm became his haven, a source of pure joy.

 

Every piece of land has a story to tell. In the Philippines, numerous properties sit unused, holding untapped potential for industries like agribusiness, food, and wellness tourism. Suscipe's challenge was to devise a business model for J. Gabriel Agricultural Farm that was practical and sustainable.

 

Our initial plan was ambitious and required significant funding. We had elaborate business proposals for potential investors, with ideas ranging from time-sharing to co-ownership. But the pandemic prompted a shift in our perspective. We realized we needed a more practical approach. That's when we introduced Camp Paradise, now known as Phase 0 of JG Barns. As wellness and agri-ecotourism gained traction, we rebranded Phase 1 as The Campsite. We added private huts, enhanced our amenities, and fine-tuned our offerings based on guest feedback. In just over a year, we saw Phase 2 take shape – Campers Farmhomes. This new phase combines the beauty of raw nature with privacy and comfort, offering private villas with plunge pools and jacuzzis. Our dream is becoming a reality, thanks to our guests and co-builders who have embraced the connection between Mother Nature and their well-being.
